I certainly would not stay here again. The hotel is quite basic and the staff were less than friendly or helpful. We were incredibly disappointed with the breaksfast buffet - it was probably one of the worst I have ever experienced. I definitely think that this hotel is not worth the money!

Hotel manager was very rude at check in, other staff were very hospitable. They charge you for ice, but overall it was a good stay

Nice and well located hotel

It was my first time in Dubai. I recommend this Ramada. It is well located, 15 minutes to central bus station, 20 minutes to financial district and it has a free shuttle that takes you to several good spots in the city.

Always a great stay

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. I’ve enjoyed the two times I’ve stayed here. The only improvement I’d like to see is a better pizza and a bit better selection for food items. Also a good chaffuer service along with activities would be a great up sale.

Great place to stay close to Kite beach

Pros: outstanding service, spa and gym opened until 11 pm. Food is delicious Modern and clean rooms
Location: in Jumeirah , close to the Mosque , kite beach, Dubai mall and downtown/
This hotel is convenient ubicated in Jumeirah, close to Kite beach, the Mosque and Dubai Mall, even though is not close to a metro station, taxis are affordable to the touristic destinations, they also have a shuttle to the beach and nearby areas. The breakfast buffet (international) as well as restaurants were outstanding, great food and service, the the staff is friendly and helpful, the gym, pool and spa facilities are modern and very complete. Hotel for couples and families.

Roaches In The Bed

At first glance, the Ramada Jumeirah appears to be a well-appointed facility. The day staff are polite and go out of their way to provide the greeting of the day. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the night reception staff. The staff that I interacted with on three separate evenings were rude and unwelcoming. While I can certainly understand having a bad day, the habitual behavior on multiple evenings suggests poor customer service and/or management. Aside from the annoyance of the evening reception staff, the biggest issue that cannot be justified is the presence of roaches in my bed and the significant lack of cleanliness behind the bed and both night stands. Upon waking in the morning, I observed two roaches under the blankets that scurried behind the bed. After moving the bed and nightstands away from the wall to inspect the situation, I noted an unusual amount of filth that clearly explained the presence of roaches. I immediately packed my belongings and reported the issue to reception. Though the staff was apologetic about the issue, unfortunately that does not ease the gross factor. Needless to say, I did not sleep in the new room that I was assigned or eat in the hotel after the creepy discovery. While this hotel has potential, the lack of customer service in the evening and ultimately the presence of bugs in the bed prompts me to provide the lowest possible rating. My experience was certainly not in line with the expectations of a four-star facility.

Roach Motel

Discovered roaches in the bed while I was sleeping and subpar cleanliness. If this is the condition of a guest room, I would be cautious of conditions elsewhere in the hotel such as restaurants. In addition to the gross conditions, the night reception staff was rude and unwelcoming on multipe occasions. I would not recommend this hotel at all when other hotels in the immediate area are far more superior for the same price.
