Nice hotel close to metro station

Very pleasant facilities.Clean and refreshing atmosphere with helpful and polite staff. Room facilities were also quite good and excellent housekeeping services.I stayed in late one day and left a DND sign in my door.They came twice to clean and left a card.I left the room late afternoon after 5pm and upon return noticed that had refreshed my room. My only suggestion would be that it may be a good idea to leave some utensils/cuttlery in the room since there is a microwave and good size refrigerator.I did however get these on request. My only negative was the taxi I booked to the airport. I told them my terminal when I booked and was told there is a fixed charge of 50 dirhams which was fine.When I got to the airport the driver said it was 60 dirhams for terminal 3. I gave him 100 and I had some more money in my hand he took it and stood there waiting so I said 'that's 100 right?' He replied 'yes I didnt think you wanted the change' I probably didn't but that was my decision to make. I said I needed to make purchases in dutyfree and ended up tipping him 20 AED anyway. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Rose Rayhaan

Pros: We loved the location of the hotel. We were also surrounded by different food locations, the market, and a bank.
Cons: Lower costs of the food. We'd love to keep our business in the hotel, but we chose other low cost places with more variety. Available shisha too.
Location: There is a market nearby if you need any snacks or travel necessities, the coffee shop "All The Perks" was amazing (get the green tea latte), & mall!
We loved this hotel! The room was always very clean and the staff exceeded our expectations. Always friendly and welcoming. We even left our headphones on accident and were able to help us arrange something out to get them back! The hotel had a great view of the other buildings and the gym was very clean as well! We didn't get the chance to go to the pool, but we would have liked to. My only complaint about this hotel is that the food was very expensive. We went to breakfast one morning and spent about $50 USD for eggs and oatmeal and bread and some fruit. The room service was worth it more at that point.Also, it would be nice to have shisha as an option too.

For the money, it's ok

They upgraded my room since someone else needed the double beds I was being given. They told me it was smoke free but later they came to take the ash trays out and spray air freshener... not happy being lied to

Dated and dark hotel

Dark rooms with dated furniture and unfriendly staff. Save your money and go to any other hotel in Dubai. I have stayed in hotels in Dubai on numerous occasions and have never been so disappointed.

Most comfy beds!

Pros: The rooms are beautiful and comfortable
Location: There's restaurants, pharmacies and Starbucks all in walking distance. The metro station is also right across the street.
We arrived at the hotel around 1am and were extremely exhausted. Unfortunately, the reservation agent could not find our booking on Expedia and we waiting downstairs for another 1/2 hour until eventually they offered us a smaller room but we'd have to pay for it separately until the issue could be resolved in the morning. We took it and went straight to bed. By early morning, my husband went down and everything was sorted. They apologized and immediately set us with the SKY PREMIUM room we had booked and arranged to move everything for us. The breakfast was wonderful (though if you go at peak time theres a line 10am). The rooms are large, the kitchenette is perfect and the beds are very comfortable. In the end our experience was wonderful...

Hotel is nice, and staff were great, but it does not have any amenities. very small lobby.

Should have been better.

The stay was nice but when we arrived they didn't have our room that we booked which was two beds. We wanted to. Instead they gave us a king with a roll out. It was comfortable but we booked far ahead for two beds. Second the hot water did not work well for a day even after turning it on ahead of time. Also I used the in room washer and dryer. Well it washed but it didn't dry them. I called the maintenance man and did what he said but they still did not dry so I went home with wet clothes. Last, the windows looking out were dirty like they had sand on them. Overall staff was nice

City hotel in a great location

Stayed 4 nights at Rose Rayhaan. Offered a premium room at check in with access to lounge and breakfast. Staff were attentive and helpful. Location was superb, a couple of steps from the Financial Metro station. One stop from the mall, fountains, burj khalifa etc. We were out and about everyday so probably didn't use all the facilities the hotel had to offer but nevertheless there are no real complaints.
