Really nice stay

My family and I spent 5 nights at the Savoy Crest. The hotel staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful, polite, and always put forth extra effort to make sure we felt welcome. Tickets for excursions can be purchased at the hotel and they have a complimentary shuttle to/from the beach every morning.

Best staff and management

Best staff ever will work for ur best interest. I booked and paid for 8 nights but had to leave after 1 night. They made sure I get reimbursed and check me out. My wife and I had allergies issues. Otherwise a great stay.

Quiet good size roof top pool, central location.

Location: Shops and restaurants and cinema close by. Safe area. Easy to use train system with few female only coaches.
Hotel provides daily complimentary bus to beach and cookies and tea in the afternoon. Pool is not busy so don't have to wake up early to reserve beds. Reasonable choice of breakfast food. Efficient air conditioning, and clean kitchenette. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning service.

Very comfartable stay with Family, supported staff

Hotel Management The warmest reception and attention to details by the hotel staff. Service level is beyond compare to 5 star hotels anywhere in the world. Very happy for making our stay comfortable, friendly and enjoyable. Hotel/Apartments Area Situated in a nice quite area, easy reach to Metros, shopping areas, Dubai mall and also all other attractions. Restaurants are all close by. Our Experience: We booked four rooms in total, with the party of 7 adults and 4 children. We started communicating by e-mails with the Hotel after booking this hotel apartment sand all our questions were answered very quickly (within 12-24 Hrs) with politeness. Our stay was made much easy by the good management Staff, who were always kind and helpful. They always went mile further than what we ask for. The longest stay by one family was 18 nights and did not feel bored at all . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the highly trained staff. Our special thanks goes to Mr Nikhil Sondhi, Mis reshma almeida and the front desk staff. We highly recommend the Savoy Crest and will surely stay there on our next trip to Dubai.

Good location good service however bathroom was smelly even though it was cleaned. Drainage maybe needs seeing to. Room was ok and cleaners were friendly and worked with what they had. Why was there a time limit for using steam room and sauna? Only 15 min each allowed which was absurd and there was no queue!! There was only male attendants in the sauna area for women which I was u comfortable as he would knock on the door to come in whilst I was in the sauna cubicle! I was very unhappy about that and there should be women attendants claiming women utilities etc !!!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your candid comments. We did not find any smell but shall keep this under observation. There is no time restriction on the usage of sauna / steam at all. There could have been a misunderstanding on the signage outside stating to allow 20 minutes for heating and getting the room ready for use. The staff at Savoy Crest hotel is very friendly and customer oriented. They will do anything in their ability to assist with anything you may need. The hotel itself is clean and in good shape. Overall we have had very positive experience.

Good service, building a little worn and dated.

Pros: Staff, location
Good stay - staff keen to help. Building is a little worn and dated, but bed comfortable and Wi-Fi quite good. A/C difficult to get right. Convenient to Bur Jurman station. Nice Chinese restaurant just down the road (Imperial Dragon)
