We stayed on the fourth floor and had a big sliding door overlooking the creek!The view was spectacular! Very comfortable room with large beautiful bath! The pool and breakfast was great too!

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly n very helpul to all guest In the hotel. Frances help us a lot, giving all the information where to visit dubai. Chef tier in the buffet make us very comfortable n served us some food that we like.thank you Sheraton Dubai, we enjoyed our stay and will recomend this hotel to my friends.

Lovely stay for Christmas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service in the club lounge. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The food was great, particularly in the Vivaldi restaurant for the Christmas Day buffet. A possible suggestion is to open the club lounge for breakfast as there were a couple of days when the main breakfast dining room was overcrowded due to poor weather so people couldn’t eat outside and limited space inside.
