It sits on a huge landmass with different districts for residential and commercial purposes. The location of Dubai South is of prime importance along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near Dubai Investment Park.
Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road
Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached within 25 minutes and The Outlet Village by Meraas is 22 minutes away. Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. You can quickly commute to the inner city via Emirates Road (E611) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd (E311). Both of these roads link with Sheikh Zayed Rd (E11) heading towards Downtown Dubai. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.
The nearest bus stop is Dubai World Central, Gate 6 2 which is around 4 minutes drive away from the property. Go down to Ibn Battuta Metro station and take the train bound to Rashidiya. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.
