Had a room that had a very noisy guest. Who got back at 3am lots of loud music and party in the room. Complained and then same thing happened again the next day. Stayed in Taj as I thought it was more a business and family hotel - obviously not!

Service was lackluster. Requests would either go unanswered or take exceptionally long. We were given a smoking room at check in even though we didn’t request one and nor were we asked, though they did change it upon request to non smoking. Valet service also painfully slow in retrieving vehicles. Swimming pool closes at 6pm daily which is very early. Rooms were fine but just ordinary. Shower head and handshower were small size fittings. Location also not great - getting in and out of JLT takes quite some time.

Samuel was really great and he made sure that anything I need was taken care of. His services was beyond accommodating and genuine which made the experience even better. The front desk staff which I believe might be Vamil was awesome and helpful as well. The staff overall was amazing and the hotel itself was wonderful. Their bed was really comfortable and that’s rare for me to say. Their rooftop and pool area was very nice as well. Their breakfast option was really good. I would definitely come back again.
