We had a very good stay at Towers Rotana, I liked the hotel and the room was good but small for 4 people. The pool and bar and restaurantes are very helpful travelling with kids. Very near the metro station. There should be more than one shuttle offered for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

I can t charge the phone near bed, the food was bed, fast food veryday the same, the most from the staff treat arogand the people, the pool is very very small, If you don't have all inclusive, the prices are very very big!!!!! A coffe 6€ !!! I pay it extra Windows view i dont become... to much money for this hotel and for the conditions

All the staff and the lady who checked us in where all so polite and helpful. We had an upgrade with the room as they couldn't provide us with an earlier check-in as was requested a few weeks prior. This place was so very much accommodating that even an extension on room stay was needed and they did that with charge from the original room not the upgraded room. A big thank you from us in room 1415. We highly recommend this hotel. It's close to the metro too.

I love everything about towers Rotana we Nigerian but live in Petersburg Russia .Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The staffs were so nice and the rooms was cleaned every day which was great 👍but what I didn’t like was we couldn’t order food outside and eat in the hotel we have to be going out everyday to eat African food cos that’s what we love eating but the hotel breakfast was great too and I think next time we gonna add food to our booking which will be the best for us. Just that sometimes we love eating Africa food. Anyways every other thing was excellent about the hotel and we gonna be back soonest. Thanks to the management and the staffs

Knowing we’d be arriving early in the morning we have booked 2 rooms a day in advance to have no issues checking in early. On the arrival the staff tried putting me and my colleague into one room (we booked two rooms) and when finally realised that we really needed 2 rooms made me wait for an hour until mine was ready. So overall big disappointment this time.

On the final full day of our holiday the pool was closed at lunchtime. Obviously this caused us some annoyance but the staff at Towers Rotana could not have been more understanding. They arranged for us to go to the Villa Rotana for the day and use their facilities. This was exceptional service and meant that they will REMAIN our hotel of choice in Dubai. Thanks to all at both hotels. Exceptional service very much appreciated by my wife and myself. Where else would we celebrate our wedding anniversary. See you next year.

Well positioned hotel in a part of Dubai I like. However whether I was given a poor room (1910) but there was a lot of noise, this was not helped by the room next door to me being cleaned and readied for a new guest at 5.15am and the staff were blissfully unaware of the noise they were making. I did report this to the duty manager who did apologise but nothing else. Whether or not I return to the hotel remains to be seen but I would be looking for a different room if I was to do so.

It is central and next to a metro station. The hotel has the excellent Long’s bar. I was able to watch the final Ashes test there and the Liverpool-Newcastle game as well.

A great location for business and a bit of sight seeing. The hotel has a great swimming pool and gym The rooms need an update, the same as I stayed here 5 years ago. I had a room on the 10th Floor and sadly the noise from adjoining rooms was totally unacceptable, Young guests, there for a all night party, didnt stop till 5 am. all 3 nights I stayed. (Saturay till Tuesday ) Hotel should not allow this , but told out of there control
