The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a quick meal, including a stove, microwave, and fridge. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, as well as a Terrace where you can relax and enjoy the city views. Located in MEDYAN, you'll have easy access to Dubai's attractions, restaurants, and shopping destinations. Plus, as a guest, you'll have access to the building's pool and gym facilities. We look forward to hosting you! Guests will have full access to the apartment, as well as the building's amenities, including the pool and gym. A secure entrance ensures safety, and the apartment is easily accessible via an elevator We are available 24/7 just reach out! We respect your privacy but are always available if you need assistance. For smooth check-in, please provide passport copies of all guests staying at least 24 hours prior to arrival as it is compulsory in Dubai, if you book to arrive on the same day, we require 4 hours' notice to allow access to the property. Don't lose it was there is a 400 AED fine . standard check-in time is 3 Pm but for events beyond our control could be delayed by couple o hours as we may need extra time for cleaning or fixing . passport copies and ETA must be shared at least 4 hours prior to arrival for smooth check in as it is required by the authorities for registration. check out time is 11 am, unauthorized delays will be charged at a rate of AED 300/ hour. extra beds are on request and require 24-hour notice, extra bd charges apply. please make sure the mobile number you provided on your Airbnb account is valid.
