Nice suite close to OSU

Suite was very clean and comfortable. Two double beds and a nice kitchen. 20 minutes from OSU hospital and University. Would Stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

Property and room was clean, well maintained. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, especially Lindsay and Rebecca. The nightly complimentary food and drinks was a nice surprise! Enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor fire pit. The location of the property is close to prime shopping and dining. Definitely would recommend this facility to others and looking forward to staying there again.

Do not stay here.

Pros: The coffee.
Cons: Everything. Bathtubs, kitchen, it is very old and dingy.
Location: Close to everything, like the better hotels that are also on that street.
We chose this hotel based on the photos and the inside Jacuzzi area for our one year wedding anniv. It looked really nice online and decided to drive a few hours and check out the suite and Columbus area. When we got here the Front Desk Lady, Lindsay was very nice. Check in was easy. Once we got to the pool area, we noticed the Jacuzzi was "closed" we were very bummed, seeing as this was one of our main reasons for booking. No sorry, no discount. Nothing. We get to our room and wow, outdated. The bath tub was very gross. The paint was all messed up and the shower tiles were just disgusting. The floors were also very gross. There is no parking spots, people had to drive around 3 or four times to get a spot to park. Not only that, the neighbors through a Halloween party and they were loud all night outside, drinking etc. We let front desk know and nothing was done. This is not a relaxing place. A gathering place for young kids to throw parties, apparently. Only thing good about this place, was the coffee. Although the coffee pots were VERY OLD. Now as for the coffee, we stayed two nights and the next day our coffee was never refilled. We had to call three times just for them to bring us COFFEE, SUGAR AND CREAMER. It took about 15 minutes to even get coffee. If you want the "suite life" where they can accommodate a late check out, this is NOT the place. As they do not offer any late checkout. Wow. You are better off going next store to the Quality Inn.. Highly disappointed.

Great stay friendly staff everything you need here

Pros: everything
Cons: some mixed drinks and more of a food selection at evening reception also perhaps a popcorn machine.
Location: a lot to do near by
the front desk staff was very accommodating Lindsay checked us in she was friendly and professional and Raul went above and beyond to accommodate every need.

Great location! Nice happy hour. Great hot tub. Mattress and pillows were super comfortable. I wish the pool was indoors but the outdoor setup was beautiful.

Nice extended stay hotel

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and when I asked to be put in a renovated room, there was no hesitation to accommodate my request. Bought zoo tickets at a discounted rate and they have a shuttle that will take you to the zoo. Breakfast was good 1 morning, but a little lacking the second morning; still a decent variety and fresh. Enjoyed getting a dvd from their library to relax one of the nights during my stay. Hotel is close to a variety of shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Hotel was decent. Breakfast food was terrible. Was really excited for breakfast but the food was not good at all. Eggs rubbery and biscuits and gravy no flavor.

NO Room service

Pros: Room was nice and big
Cons: SERVICE some would be better than NONE!!
Location: we had an event to go to.lots of places to eat.
we stayed two nights room was nice newly remolded but our coffee pot was dirty had old coffee in it.i called front desk and they said they would send cleaning crew but we were there two days and did not see them once never got clean towels the second day and there was no coffee in room went to front desk they gave us some coffee but did not have anything to clean coffee pot with there service SUCKS.

Awful experience the hotel manager was a joke

It was an awful experience that ruined my weekend. The hotel manager was a joke and couldn't keep her stories straight when personal possessions of mine came up missing. Was not an accommodating hotel I would never recommend it. I was grossly overcharged for a room that was not worth my time or money.

Overpriced dirty

We had a soccer tournament in Dublin so decided to get a hotel for the night. I logged into expedia thinking I'd get a decent hotel. There were not a lot of hotels with rooms so I found Cloverleaf. At first seemed nice. Went to check in about 2:45 house keeping hadn't updated which rooms were clean or not. Clerk stated hotel was full. She told me to come back in 20 minutes. At 3 ( stated check in) I went back to find a note saying the person was off helping someone. Whatever. Finally get checked in get to room. Wasn't the cleanest especially for being a "newly remodeled " room but again it was one night. Things like our cutting board which we weren't going to use was gross, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, return vents black with dust and the bathroom looked like a 3 year old got a hold of a caulk gun. My fiancé and I decided to rest before our next game. As we were laying in bed our door opens. Housekeeping starts walking in and didn't realize we were there. No biggie at that time. We leave go to game being child home (13 y/o). We leave her to go grab dinner to being back. She calls us that a young couple entered our room and management then came up and entered our room demanding to know who she was. Of course our room keys had been deactivated since they gave our room to someone else. Panicked we hurried back, me on phone with a VERY RUDE front desk clerk. ( Tangela). Main bed has stains on sheets took an hour and a call to expedia to get new line
