The+hotel+was+named+a+Columbus-Dublin%2C+OH+venue%3B+it+was+considerably+further+away+from+our+appointments+in+the+Columbus+Short+North+arts+district+and+Schiller+Park+than+we+anticipated.+The+manager%27s+gathering+at+the+hotel+was+enjoyable.+The+breakfast+-+though+not+aptly+named+%27world+famous%27+-+was+more+than+adequate.+Otherwise%2C+the+staff+was+helpful%2C+professional%2C+and+the+accommodations+were+much+as+expected.+We+would+recommend+this+place+for+mid-level+gatherings.%0D%0A

A lot of money for unpreparedness...

Wow.....the air wasn't working initially. The carpet in the living area had two soiled areas--I made sure I wasn't held liable for that. The door lock and keys weren't working; after the second set of keys issued didn't work (please note; I went to front desk twice trying to get this corrected). Maintenance decided to pull the entire lock and replace it. He made me aware that the entire building was supposed to have new locks done last month and they "hadn't gotten around to it yet". Meanwhile, the other Maintenance guy got the A/C to work. I spent my first 2 hrs. trying to get the room up to par....A free dinner to the hotel restaurant was offered by the GM. It was "mediocre"; my guest and I were the ONLY guests dining in there at 7pm....speaks volumes. For the rate paid; never again at an Embassy. That brand doesn't mean much.

I went for a business trip staff was amazing restaurants were delicious very impressed with breakfast buffett

Loved the breakfast & managers appreciation! Great place to stay & get away with family. Pool was nice until someone open the back door and let around 15 kids in to swim. One kid kept pulling my sister under water as she was holding a 2 year old. Both almost drowned.

Great hotel

What a beautiful hotel! The room was perfect (except for an uncomfortable couch). The pool was great for the kids - the water nice and warm. And the breakfast buffet, plus the nightly drinks and snacks were amazing! We will definitely be back the next trip to COSI or the zoo.
