Nice hotel, great price

This place was perfect for me, was close to the training center I was going to. Comfort and had a kitchen

ladybug palace ?

Pros: well located to what I needed in northwest Columbus.
Cons: get rid of the bugs
This is an ok basic room that had a ladybug in the bathroom. I took it to the staff and they were pretty much unconcerned because they said ladybugs are good bugs.

The room was very nice..staff was very friendly and courteous. I didn't want to go out to eat, so the kitchenette was perfect for me.

First time at an Extended Stay

This was our first time staying at an Extended Stay, and we were extremely impressed. The hotel staff were very friendly. The price was great at around $70 a night. We were not expecting a kitchen in the room. The room was just the right size and very clean. The carpets were freshly vacumned and bathroom was clean. The room almost appeared brand-new or newly remodeled. The only dissatisfaction with the hotel is the lack of a complimentary buffet. However, the breakfast bar is a good medium, considering some hotels charge an extra fee for breakfast. We could definitely see ourselves staying again at an Extended Stay.

Room was not very clean. The beds had hairs and really gross stains. Hairs in the drain of the tub. Something sticky spilled on the floor in the kitchen/bath area. Asked front desk for a room change and none available. Handed a set of sheets to change out both beds ourselves. No pillowcases. Room was supposed to be cleaned in the morning. Returned to find that not the case. Nothing offered for breakfast the 2nd morning except a handful of granola bars. Very disappointed
