This is probably the last time we stay at this Aloft location. Right when we got to the room, someone dropped a horrible bomb and left it to marinate in the room with no air. No windows were cracked or air flowing through the room. It took an 2 hours to air out the room. Room was also not very clean. Crumbs on the floor and the bathtub had rust. Also, during my virtual meeting conference at 8:00am someone knocked on the door and I said clearly, “yes?”. They still unlocked my door and opened until they could apparently tell someone was still there. I don’t understand why they had to come th bay early when checkout is clearly at noon. I don’t understand how this stay was this horrible. We’ve stayed at this location twice before and those were amazing. Only reason I said it was pleasing is because the bar staff and front desk staff were nice.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Comfortable bed. There was no comfortable workspace in the room for me, so I set up in the lobby along with others. If you aren't alone in your room, be advised that opening the door might allow line of sight into the bathroom.

Our pet Bolt enjoyed his stay. He had a blast chasing wild rabbits at the fenced in walking area beside the property.

Please take care of one guest at a time, trying to save time and asking guests you're already helping to stand to the side creates confusion and incorrect charges billed to the customer. Communication between staff is important so guests don't get blamed for things they did or did not do.
