The housekeeping staff is incredible, and apologized for the bucket collecting water dripping from the ceiling outside of our room but no one from maintenance or management said anything. This is a 4-star hotel, and the room we stayed in had stained carpet, mold growing in the corner by the door, and the sink was chipping plaster in the bathroom. Not to mention that the in-room service we ordered was microwaved burritos with tortilla chips (my husband physically saw staff heating them up). We also had to go pick it up from the lobby bar, and they tried to make my husband pay for the entire meal again even though you can’t place an order in the program without paying? Overall, for the amount of money they charge per night, I expected so much more. Thankfully we only had to stay one night, and getting to and from the airport is pretty straight forward.
