Pros: Location to my destination
Location: Was not there to do "things". I was there on business.
I found the hotel to be satisfactory. The rate however was too high for the this particular hotel. The room did not have a remote control. Staff brought one to my room and it didn't work. Told the staff person to forget it. It was late by then anyway.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel and perfect customer service. The breakfast was not great but I was happy with it overall especially after the housekeeper found me an extra blanket because I was cold...Thanks!!

Overpriced and underwhelmed

Loud partiers at all hours. No toothbrush at front desk. Toilet paper left in elevator. Breakfast buffet limited even for comp. Room rate high for Thanksgiving. Definitely overpriced for value. There are other options in Swainsboro.

Breakfast needs work

My husband got up for breakfast and coffee was not made, trash was full and there was no milk. Waffle maker had no spray so the waffle would not stick. It was terrible. The room was nice and clean.

Okay, but not a great experience. Carpet was dirty. Not enough towels. Coffee pot not cleaned and no coffee left in room.

We had a good stay. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too small. The breakfast provided was plentiful. If we came to the area again we would stay here

typical days inn - the owner/manager keeps a clean hotel and for me it is most important. beds are standard hotel beds and the owner/manager maintains the property well - the rooms enter from the inside of the hotel and I feel safer because of that.

Hotel was very clean and looked freshly painted. We checked in late and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but overall the stay was a great experience.

Disappointing

The most terrible thing that happened was coming in from a long and hot day around 10:00 at night to find our beds with no sheets, blankets and pillows piled on the floor. There were no fresh linens in the bathroom either. It was 11:15 when we finally were able to bathe and go to bed. The pool and pool area was awful! I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

I'm deeply sorry that your stay wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. The house keeping error was unacceptable and the staff has since been changed. I sincerely hope you give us a chance in the future to rebuild your confidence in our property.
