The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was great size, very clean and tidy. We opted to have dinner there, was lovely. Enjoyed it.

The hotel was in a safe and convenient location with the tram right across the street. There wasn't a lot of dining options in walking distance, but getting to areas with lots of options was quick and easy. The hotel itself was clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel was very attractive and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and well informed as well as the restaurant staff. I think the heating system certainly needs an upgrade. I was cold the entire time I was there (3 days). Also, since there are no longer bellmen to escort you to your room to point out the features and how to use the features, a printed “welcome sheet” would be useful. I’ve been to Ireland many times and am familiar with many of the things that operate differently from the US but a note would be welcomed. Also included should be a listing of pubs and shops in the walking area. These are not critical items but they would make a good addition to a stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in mid October. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very conveniently located by the tram. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and of a perfectly good standard. I would recommend.

The lack of a shelf in the shower meant shampoo etc had to stay on the floor. Room service food was presented like a takeaway, not what I expected at a Hilton. Breakfast delivered without cutlery.

Spacious room, spotlessly clean with super comfortable bedding. Handy for the tram to get into town. Lively location. Terrible cocktails in the hotel bar - expensive and nothing like the real thing. Excellent reception staff.

Lovely hotel and grounds and staff. Unfortunately not enough front desk staff at any given time. The location is across from tram so easy to get around, otherwise a nice but long walk into the shopping and sightseeing areas.

We had our dog with us. Hotel very accommodating. Also easy dog walk along canal. Easy and quick (15 min) early morning journey to ferry (our main reason for choosing this hotel)

Loved our stay at the Dublin Hilton. The staff arranged our taxi to the Dublin Port for our early morning ferry. The taxi was right on time. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Smells really nice as you walk into the hotel. General decor and appearance is smart. Room is nice, but VERY limited tv, with only a handful of the channels actually working and no ability to watch youtube or use any apps. Help yourself breakfast - but no non-meat alternatives for sausages which seems to be the minimum standard for catering to anyone who doesn't eat pork (vegetarians/vegans/pescetarians/muslims). More generally speaking, the range of options was decent.

The overall experience was good. My only complaints are that my room was very close to the street car tracks (constant noise). Secondly being a dog friendly hotel, the barking of dogs during early hours of the morning was very annoying. I guess it was my fault for not reading that dogs were allowed to stay in this hotel.

Hotel was fine but an expensive fine. I had booked a double but was given a twin so had to go back to rectify. The room was so stuffy and hot, needed to have air conditioning on all night which wasnt great. View was a construciton site. The bathroom door didnt close properly. There was loud music until 23:30 (Saturday night pre-wedding dinner). Good location and the staff were friendly and doing their best.

What a great Hotel, we didn’t use all of the added extras we were too busy exploring using Dublin bikes 5 euros for three days, cycle around drop it off or chain it up! For further trips the tram is right outside too, but we couldn’t hear it! The breakfast really set us up for the day so much choice! Highly recommend! We are end very early and they kept our bags safe for us until we returned from visiting the Guinness factory! My son and l had a twin room with ample space, lots of toiletries absolutely no need to bring any! The only negative was there was no negative and l do like to have a moan, but l couldn’t, some places just make you cross!! But not this one!!

Disappointed with construction on site which impacted the car parking. Also treadmill was not working in Gym. Restaurant food was very average. Location is excellent. Very clean. Felt that Safety was good. Service good but front desk was slow when busy.

Very nice hotel. Excellent bar and restaurant which was vibrant in the evening. Hotel is very conveniently located next to a tram stop going into centre probably every 10 mins. Breakfast was very nice too.
