Staff on check in were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good value and delicious. We ate supper in the bar and service was quick. Would recommend.

Great location hotel if you want to be a bit out of town and the hussle and bustle of the city. 20 mins on the bus from the airport. Lovely hotel but a few things that could be improved, Reception staff were too busy chatting to even ask how our stay was when we checked out and we encountered 2 members on check out. Basic customer Service. Bed was really uncomfortable, felt every spring. Lovely breakfast though. Area outside is going through a lot of work so really unsighlty outside, not the hotels fault.

Great location as you can walk into main centre in 15 mins. Away from all the hustle & bustle. Had a modernised room on front with lovely view. Only thing was the shower didn’t have much pressure. Would stay again.

Excellent location for a quick, spontaneous trip to Dublin City centre. Lovely modern feel when stepping into the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and made checking-in a delight. My room was perfectly clean, overall a lovely place to stay!

What are difference a day mix?

Great perience at this hotel. Easy to check-in and the staff were very courteous. We enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast in the hotel restraunt. The hotel is within walking distance of several museums, restaurants and shopping venues. My only negative is the one i have at alot of hotels, the pillows are to soft. Providing a firm pillow with the soft ones would allow the guest a choice.

Great easy check- in. Lovely spacious room but no view- just internal courtyard. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Our son loved the waffle station . Service ar tge bar in tge evenings coukd have been quicker and more efficient. Great locationif you want somewherea little less busy but only 5- 10 mon walk to main areas. . Excellent staff, great location.
Extremely friendly staff provided a warm welcome. We were early, the staff checked if the room was ready and it was so they gave us early access which was really appreciate. Every member of staff we encountered on our was engaging and helpful.

Nicest staff we have ever dealt with! Food was good and the rooms are clean. Our only complaint was that there was a construction site outside our room. It was during Christmas so there was no noise, but it would have been nice to know the view would not be good ahead of time.
