Excellent location and very comfortable room

Posted Aug 17, 2015
The counter staff were absolutely wonderful as we had a lost bag from a BA flight and they contacted the luggage handlers and hassled them to deliver it. The rooms were really comfortable and location was 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area

Great location, good facilities, very comfortable

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Really enjoyed stay. The hotel was central to all facilities and was only a shot walk to the main shopping area. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and we had nothing but praise with their service.

Lovely short break location

Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: It's a great location, with nice staff and finished very nicely.
Cons: The only minor improvement would be with breakfast. Every morning we had to ask for plates, or cups or cutlery which they got but shame we had ask
Location: Too many to list. We enjoyed the river cruise, the "Jeannie Johnston" famine ship, Eddie Rockets is great for Burgers! Guinness Storehouse & Dublinia
Having arrived in Dublin on an early flight I was delighted when we arrived to find our room was already for us and we didn't need to drop any bags - straight up into a very comfortable room. No fault with the room, nicely decorated, in good condition, nice and clean. Very close to O'Connell street so handy for all main attractions, business areas and transport links. Staff, from various countries (although rarely Irish) were excellent and friendly, approachable and willing to help - very pleasant to deal with. Quiet hotel too, our room, facing into the central courtyard was away from roads, but no noisy guests, rattling pipes etc. and we slept well.

Nice clean, modern hotel

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: It was modern, clean and comfortable.
Cons: The rooms need to have a clock. Also the bath tubs need nonskid treads.
Location: This was two blocks from the top of O'Connell Street. You can walk to lots of stores, pubs and museums.
This hotel was very clean, comfortable and convenient. The only suggestions I have is that the rooms should have clocks and nonskid treads in the bath tubs.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Cons: Ein Zimmersafe fehlt.

Average hotel, no parking at front to drop off bags and car parking a good 2 blocks away. Bed was hard and shower poor pressure. Would not stay here again.
