Nice hotel close to the airportPosted Oct 4, 2015
Pleasant stay for a single night at Dublin airport. Within walking distance of both terminals or accessible by the free shuttle bus. Rooms were comfortable albeit on the small side, staff were pleasant throughout.

Walk to Terminal 2Posted Oct 2, 2015
Pros: A modern comfortable lobby with excellent abstract art perfect for doing business. A McDonalds across the road. Easy access to Terminal 2.
Cons: Change that awful piped-in music. Get rid of the icy, in-a-hurry front desk folks. Add towel racks, brighter lights and shelf space in the bathrooms.
We chose this hotel because of its location: a short walk to the international terminal. It was the end of our Ireland stay and we needed to regroup before starting home. With a few exceptions, we found the hotel as expected: clean, surprisingly quiet given its location, and a friendly staff for the most part. We say "for the most part" because of the icy attitude of a couple of the front desk people. Except for them, we found the rest of the staff willing and able to answer our questions and help with information. We spent several hours in the lobby but were finally driven out by the piped-in pop radio sound track . Management there must not have taken a look around the lobby lately -- it's filled with business people working and mature tourists reading and relaxing, not 20-somethings. A sound track is supposed to be soothing, not danceable And whoever decided to omit a place to hang wet towels, a shelf wide enough for more than a toothbrush and lights sufficient for putting on makeup in the bathroom ought to be fired. Soon. Then again, whoever picked out the lobby paintings ought to get a raise. They were excellent, the kind of art I'd like to own.

NoisePosted Oct 1, 2015
Cons: Customer service
Location: Great location
There was a constant mechanical noise all night which kept us up. When we complained in the morn. Staff seemed disinterested. In my opinion, some consideration on the bill should have been made. Would not stay there again.

Close to airport, slow checkinPosted Sep 30, 2015
Checkin took an age. Decent airport bus service, although you could walk if you wanted. Nothing special, but it's ok.

Beautiful hotelPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Location was convenient (both for the airport and the bus to the city centre). The room was very spacious and beautiful.
Cons: Everything was great.
Location: The 747 Express Bus stops right behind the hotel and takes you right to the Trinity College/College Green area in the city centre.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room itself were beautiful, clean, and spacious. The wifi signal was strong and reliable. There is frequent shuttle service to the airport terminals, and an express bus stops right behind the hotel to take you into the city centre. There is a bar and restaurant within the hotel, and across the street a fast food place and a gas station with a mini mart in case you want something besides the vending machines.

Very clean, small rooms but well appointed. Dining room a little "chaotic" but the food was fine. Good value for money.

Nice Hotel let down by foodPosted Sep 22, 2015
Nice 4 star hotel conveniently placed within the airport. a little expensive as you would expect. despite a lovely sounding menu it failed badly to deliver on taste or quality. I had prawns starter and rare sirloin main. for the price and quality of hotel I was left disappointed.
