Pros: across the street from hop on bus.
Cons: Service.
Housekeeping was poor. Room hot. Could hear water running all night. Depending who was on front desk as too whether you were acknowledged. The old local pubs didn't do food,

Nice hotel right in the middle

Hotel was nice and clean. It is right next to the cobblestone pub and the Old Jameson distillery. The bed was small and a bit hard but not terrible. The staff was very nice.

Stayed for about a week. No concierge, but some desk staff very helpful. Non smoking room smelled like smoke and staff worked to fix the problem. I was offered another room, but chose not to move. Good breakfast. Good location. Clean. Close to Luas.

Nice hotel but could be better

Posted Dec 22, 2016
Pros: Located near the Luas (tram) and not too far from the bus stop. 15 minutes walk to the city centre.
Cons: Provide basic toiletries in the room and throw away all the old, worn out items from the room and replace with new things.
Location: Located near the Luas (tram).Walking distance to the city centre. Supermarket next door, a few restaurants and cafes. Jameson distillery close by
No basic toiletries like shower cap, soap and lotion in the room. rubber bath mat was old and torn. thermostat was broken and coming out the wall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Our shower gel was finished and we had to request it to be replaced. Something like this should be checked by the housekeeper daily.

Great Weekend

Posted Dec 6, 2016
Had a great stay here. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms excellent but it was very very warm in the bedrooms. Had turn radiator off at night and now aircon or thermostat in the room. Breakfast very good, with a really good selection. Handy for the city and restaurants/bars, with tram 2 minute walk away. Will venture back if in Dublin again.

It's located in a safe place, food and bars are very close. The city centre is 15 minutes walk away. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Enjoyed my 2 night stay.
