Overall we love staying at this hotel before a flight, my only complaint would be having to pay for parking even if you’re staying at the hotel but other than that it’s a great choice and conveniently located by the airport with a shuttle!

Heat not working when checked into my room, called reception they told me to wait 30 mins, house keeping person came and she had no clue about heating. I cannot fault this hotel in any way at all. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The shuttle bus for travelling from and to the airport was very much appreciated and everything about our stay was 10 out of 10!

The hotel is just on the periphery of the airport, just far enough away you don't hear the planes. Rooms are large, clean and well appointed Shuttle is convenient facilities are excellent The only issue was the breakfast restaurant. I was in at 630 sharp (opening) but the bacon was already cold in its warmer. It raises concerns as to maintaining food at safe temperatures. As well the seats had crumbs from the previous nights diners. With the exception of the restaurants cleanliness the hotel is excellent in all respects. Good choice for airport stays

We checked into the Raddison Saturday evening and had a wonderful stay. We left for a two day trip and checked in once again on our return Tuesday night. The difference between the two rooms was unbelievable. We were give room 145 and it was disgraceful. The toilet didn’t work properly, the diverter on the shower didn’t work so bath and shower water ran together. The vinyl floor was so noisy and dipped in soft spots all over the room but especially in front of the tv and bathroom floor. There was no instructions for the tv and when the tv was turned on a message came up that it had no connection. I called front desk and was told to press 1 on the remote to start the tv!! How would a guest know that?! The safe also didn’t work but the nice mechanic on duty was prompt to address the problem and had to replace the batteries in the safe. Overall as we just became members of the Raddison I felt we were demoted to the worse room in the hotel!

Public areas were okay but old fittings in the bedrooms. Bath tap had been reconditioned with an old Mira shower mixer in place. Bedroom had laminate flooring which was a bit nasty for a Radisson hotel room. Mini bar empty, menu in T3 overpriced and limited choice. T3 was freezing cold on arrival too.

A very very nice plush modern hotel but lacks in character as modern hotel will. Very convenient for Dublin airport.
