The experience was excellent. Staff and facilities were very good and I would highly recommend this location for a vacation.

Very good! Big room and clean bathroom. Especially the rose garden, so many roses of different colour, it’s marvellous !

Pros: beautiful grounds and building. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Cons: TV didn’t work well. Internet didn’t work well. Air conditioning didn’t work well. Bathroom was very dark.

The room did not have a minibar or a fridge; internet connection was extremely poor (intermittent), could not make a single, decent Skype video call. The corridors were noisy, with children running up and down until almost midnight. On a positive note, the Italian restaurant was excellent, as well as the breakfast, with kind staff.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very polite, friendly and attentive to our requests. However, we had problems with the air conditioning. We had to move rooms because the A/C did not work.
