All round very good. Fly in the ointment was breakfast. All cooked food was kept warm for far too long. Similarly, on one morning, I asked for some toast. The reaction I got was "more toast?" (I'd had none, my partner had). On one of the 9 days that I stayed, I was actually offered toast! This was a day when some kind of supervisory visit was taking place--the cooked food was very good that day.
Another minor gripe-within four hours of arrival, both card keys for the room failed. Reaction at the reception desk was "how many nights are you staying for ? "
