Room was over a disco bar which closed at 3.30. Up graded to a suite at the front of the hotel. The noise was terrible stopped at 4.00 a.m and workers started outside at 8.00 a. m would not stay again on account of noise

We strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We are very sorry that you have been affected by the late music. We were happy to complementary upgrade you to one of our Junior Suites, however, as the hotel is located in a vibrant city centre, surrounded with bars and restaurants, a selection of rooms is impacted by noise at the weekends. However, we do understand your disappointment with the level of noise and are constantly working to reduce its impact. As regards the roadworks outside, while this is out of our control; thankfully, same have now completed outside our property and have progressed down to the Nassau St end of our road.
