Very comfortable hotel conveniently situatedPosted Nov 15, 2015
Pros: See comments above
Cons: See comments above
Location: Centrally located, close to shops, theatres, restaurants, public transport
This was our first visit to the Fitzwilliam and we found it very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was large and comfortable. The décor was pleasing and I appreciated the orchids. It had all the features I expect from a first-class hotel and I particularly liked the dimmer switch in the bathroom. I would have liked something savoury in the mini-bar, e.g. crisps or nuts, as due to a flight diversion we arrived very late, too late for a meal. I also like a separate shower compartment as the side of the bath is slightly high for oldies such as ourselves. However, I realise space is the deciding factor. The breakfasts were very good and the service attentive. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

Location: De ligging is perfekt. Erg leuk is ook The little Dublin museum .

Conveniently located and well priced for the service they offer. Only suggestion would be to upgrade power outlets in rooms to more easily accommodate travelers with North American or USB-based device charging needs.

This is a very good hotel and very well situated.Posted Sep 13, 2015
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and the choice of places to eat was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The room lighting and wardrobes as above.
Location: This hotel is very well situated and within easy walking distance of many things we wanted to see eg Trinity College, the GPO, Abbey Theatre.
We liked the room. It was very quiet and well set out. However the light provision was poor for reading and applying make-up. It would have been better if we had a wardrobe which would take a long dress and a hanging trouser length. We expected these to be standard in a deluxe room.,

Posted Sep 7, 2015

The room was very small and the bed was very hard. Great location but it was not a comfortable stay.
