Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Pros: Location was the key to our stay.
Cons: Nothing really could be done apart from maybe inc breakfast as part of the price.
Location: Hotel is located on Temple Bar......round the corner from Trinity College, Dublin Castle, City Hall. Five minutes walk from St Stephens.
Excellent location right on Temple bar but just round the corner from Dame Street, and the opposite direction O'connell Bridge. Friendly staff, clean room. Lovely stay.

Good location in temple bar.

Room and bathroom were not as described. Toilet didn't work, shower was so small we injured ourselves getting in and out and the drain had a foul smell. Staff was nice, but we would have made a different choice.

December City Break <3

Posted Jan 8, 2016
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Everything in Dublin accessible from here! Guinness Storehouse, Jamesons Distillery, Leprechaun Museum, Dublin Zoo, endless bars, pubs, clubs etc!
Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Dublin to celebrate my boyfriends 30th birthday. Excellent centralised and secure location at the end of Temple Bar... was worried there would be noise late at night but did not hear a thing whilst in our room. Well within walking distance to everywhere, with easy access to buses, trams and airport transfer. Modern, contemporary and clean facilities. We did not have breakfast but the hotel offers unlimited complimentary OJ and tea and coffee (nice ones!) so sets you up for the day to grab a croissant or something from the local spar. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, very happy with our stay here.

Great location, value - you get what you pay for.

For me it was about value - this was relatively cheap for the area and I got what I paid for. The single rooms are TINY!! You cannot bend down in the shower, it is that small. And the bed was quite hard, didn't sleep that well. But since it was cheap compared to similar places in the area, I can't fault them.

Location, location, location!

Great stay at this hotel. Had a small hiccup with the room sink but the staff was immediately on it and took care of the situation. John at the front desk was fantastic! Location is great and I didn't think it was too noisy (I was there Sun-Thur and I live in a big City so I look past things like garbage truck noise that others may notice). Renovated room decor is very nice and the lobby and public areas are very nice as well. Would stay again if I return.

Good hotel in Temple Bar area.

Good customer service & friendly staff. Great location in the Temple Bar area (note that although central the bars/pubs in this area are a lot more expensive than other areas, nothing to do with hotel). Had a large room with a huge bathroom. Was clean & tidy with a comfy bed. Great interior!

Great place to stay.

Pros: Great staff, great hotel.
Location: Temple bar.
I was in Dublin for a week on business. I decided not to stay at the conference hotel, but stay in Temple Bar. I was a bit concerned about the noise. It turned out to be no issue at all. I got room 317, and noise was no issue. I had a great stay. The room was small by US standards, but normal for Europe, but was remodeled very nicely. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very pleased.
