Great location, fast transport to center, cinema, dining, supermarket, concert arena at hand. Clean, spacious room, comfy beds, good & fast communication.
Stylish, modern, clean! Loved this hotel, especially the unique plant features growing all over the place! Would definitely stay again and loved that it’s a 20 min walk from Temple Bars - not too close, but not too far away either. Cute cafe and markets nearby.
Everything about this property is amazing. Best Hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. I would definitely choose the Gibson Hotel in the future. The Tram stops in front of the hotel, beautiful surroundings and amenities. Access to grocery market, cinemas, restaurants and a relaxation room all on the property. The staff was accommodating and extremely kind.
Excellent service from all members of staff, and a really good clean Hotel. The only reason I’ve not given the hotel a full 5 Stars is due to some other considerably loud guests during one of the nights we were there. I don’t think it was dealt with by the hotel, and guessing that this is more down to the inconsiderate individuals than the hotel itself.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel . Staff was so attentive and polite nothing was too much bother . Breakfast was outstanding. The gentleman who greeted us at breakfast was so bubbly and welcoming . Only issue was on our last day the bed covers that was fresh on wasn’t clean they had many dark stains on them which was noticeable on white linen
The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel itself is located in a very convenient area as there are malls and transportation nearby. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and also includes breakfast, which was very mice.
We enjoy staying at The Gibson when coming to Dublin for concerts due to the proximity to the 3 Arena. The hotel is clean with friendly, efficient staff. The Luas line is right outside the hotel which makes transport to the city centre easy and large underground parking is convenient too.
At the Gibson, we were welcomed by an excellent and warm staff members at checkin. All our stay was lovely and very well carted to. Breakfast had ample options in the morning and the check out was super quick.
It was a nice and quiet hotel and the staff were excellent. Only thing was are room was cold when we arrived and it took a long time to heat up. Once temperature was up it was grand.
The room was cold.
The restaurant was freezing, and food luke warm. I should have sent it back. The staff and servicw was excellent.

Was out in town for a friends birthday, returned to the hotel at approximately 11.30, had a drink at the bar and went to bed. Noise from the room next to us was unreal, they were clearly arguing, until 5.30am and could hear every word being said!
most unrelaxing stay i ever had at a hotel :(
Perfect hotel for the Arena and bus link to the airport. Walking distance to the EPIC emigration museum and windmill recording studio tour. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were so helpful and friendly.
We have stayed here several times now, and never had a complaint. But this time, we experienced a lot of noise. We would still recommend the Gibson hotel very highly.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Stay was just okay, nothing spectacular or horrible. Convenient to jump on train to city center, restaurants and coffee shop near by, and was super nice after seeing a show at 3arena.
Property was fine, the fire alarm went off repeatedly the first night of our stay (not totally the hotels fault), and there were some leaks due to a big storm.
Not the best of stays, light in the wardrobe wouldnt go off so had to take card out to sleep. Unfortunately next morning when getting ready for a hospital appointment with my elderly mother, the electricity gut off on investigation workers had started at 7.50am and cut or tripped electricity. Not acceptable assisting an 88 year old wash dress etc in the dark.
First time staying at the Gibson. Really enjoyed it. Couldn’t complain about anything. Check in was easy, room was modern and clean. Went for dinner in the restaurant. Had the Angus beef burger with bacon and cheese and it was up there with one of the nicest burgers I have eaten. Staff were really friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was lovely. No complaints. We wanted a nice quiet hotel break to relax and we got it.
