Checkin at the hotel was easy and straightforward. Our family room was a reasonable size however the room was very hot. There was a fan in the room which was a bonus, but the room was still very warm. Bathroom, although clean had a shower curtain rather than a screen, something I personally don’t like. Staff friendly.

Nice to stay in, clean and tidy, nice staff and service, everything was perfect, but there was little issue, on friday there was loud music from the club that still can be heard from my room, that continue until approx midnight, I was tired that day and going sleep bit early, unfortunately I couldn't sleep before that due to loud music.

Booked a double room. Told none available when I arrived and was offered a triple with singles. I said I could accept that and was asked to wait. 5 minutes later I was told they had my room. Turned out the joined 2 singles together. Most uncomfortable night sleep with ridge down middle.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Brutal
Thumping music all night long till 2am and then loud guests making their way up from the residents bar after 4am. No response when I called reception at 11pm, midnight or 2am. Won’t be staying again.

Nice hotel with good atmosphere. The ice machine was broken on our floor & there was no water in rooms which would be nice. The bed was very hard. Although good unsure if would stay again as hard bed not for me but could be others preference.

Very disappointing
Disappointing. The room smelled badly of stale cigarette smoke (god knows how), and the 'double' bed was two horrendous single mattresses squished together. I'd have expected more from a 4 star hotel, and certainly wasn't cheap. Won't be staying again

Good hotel but very warm bedroom.
Very hot rooms in October. No air con. Hallways between rooms very hot. A bit hard to sleep with the heat. Great staff, clean, good beds, room nice and dark at night as the blackout blinds are very good. Good shower but it was in a narrow bath with a shower curtain so I was touching the shower curtain on one side and the wall at the other side while having a shower. Not a big deal but a bit of elbow room woukd be nice. I'd stay again if the rooms weren't so warm.

The hotel is far away from the city center and the closest bus from city center #13 drops you of near the bridge for another 14 minutes walk by the side of a busy highway but the dining including the bar and breakfast was very good.
