A lovely hotel, right on the doorstep of the Bord Gais theatre. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Derek who looked after us when we arrived at the hotel & booked our table for dinner. The glass of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch and it was great that we could borrow umbrellas when going out walking. Dinner in the bar was good although the portions are small for the price. Drinks are also expensive but the hotel is lovely and the bar is a great place for people watching. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with good air conditioning - beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff and I’ll definitely be back.
Incredible hotel, often missed since not as central as the other 5* hotels in Dublin but well worth considering. A special shout out for Derek on Concierge who helped arrange a special bouquet of flowers for the room. Great hotel guys - keep up the great work!
Hotel was in a quiet area which was great but lacked a variety of restaurants close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, amazing selection on both the buffet and the order direct meals. Room was comfortable and loved the pillow menu. Would stay there again.
Overall it’s a great hotel. Location is nice and a bit out of the way while still being close to central. Some communication issues with some staff regarding the booking as well as a few items in the room which weren’t working. But overall a good experience.
Great rooms, great service, great vibe. Very good breakfast and the staff all around are amazing.
If you plan on walking to the main city centre where all the tourists sites are it’s around 20/25 minutes to walk so bear that in mind. That is is only negative. Taxis take like 7mins.
The room was spotless the staff were amazing, spa facilities fab if a little expensive even with a discount. Breakfast choices were fabulous overall I would highly recommend

The hotel is stunning, fantastic location and the staff are wonderful. Friendly and very accommodating. The waiting staff in the bar and restaurants were superb, always keep an eye open for all your needs.
5 star, amazing stay, as always. Our favourite hotel in Dublin. Fantastic staff, wonderful food, terrific spa. Beds are extremely comfortable and the bedrooms are so quiet, with full blackout curtains, to ensure a great sleep.
