Tired and Pricey

Posted Mar 28, 2017
Pros: Proximity to Temple Bar area.
Cons: Pretty much everything from check in experience to the dingy room.
Location: Temple Bar and all the night life is on the doorstep. Everything else in Dublin is pretty much walkable from this hotel.
The main positive is the hotel's proximity to the nightlife in Temple Bar. That's about it though. While the bed and bedding were clean the room was in dire need of redecoration. Even changing the old net curtain would have made a difference. The room only rate for one night was extortionate given the state of the place and we could have stayed round the corner at the eminently plusher Clarence for an extra few quid including breakfast. We'll know better next time and give this place a wide berth.

Hotel, staff, food all excellent. Perfect location to all bars and restaurants. Airport bus drops and picks you up right outside. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel right next to Temple Bar

Posted Mar 27, 2017
Great hotel right on the doorstep of Temple Bar in Dublin. The staff are fantastic and always willing to help in any way they can. Clean rooms with great facilities and very quiet even at night with Temple Bar right outside. The bar in the hotel has a great atmosphere and enjoyed spending an evening with friends in there. Overall a fantastic hotel, great staff and would recommend it!!!!

Perfect location

Posted Mar 24, 2017
The hotel is in the absolute perfect location- which is key when visiting. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is we literally did not get a drop of wifi in our room. It wouldn't even find it, but our friends down the hall was working just fine.

Close to temple bar area.

Posted Feb 26, 2017
Large bar, live Entertainment close to temple bar Area and 18 min walk to the Guinness store house. Room was small, bathroom small, bed not greatly comfortable (two singles pushed together) and noise at 6am in the alley way, (deliveries and extracter fans?). Ate breakfast up the road for €7. Food did look good in the hotel but chose to eat out late after a few Guinness.

Perfect location for everything you want to do!

Posted Feb 26, 2017
This hotel is in the most amazing spot in Dublin! It is minutes from every attraction and restaurant that is on your list in Dublin! The hotel is so helpful with all questions and the rooms are very clean. The bus from the airport picks up and drops off right infront of the hotel and it is the most centrally located hotel in the city.

Needs to be refurbished

Posted Feb 17, 2017
When we first got there they gave us room 111. The room was so old and dirty we had to change to 201, which was better but still pretty aged.

A gem of a find!

Posted Feb 13, 2017
Pros: The food, the staff, the location and the prices were excellent!
Cons: The rooms could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up.
Location: Superb location, close to Temple Bar (but not to close), the Liffy and the Guiness Brewery, a really good find!
Great hotel in a superb location. Superb food and a very lively bar. Staff were extremely friendly.
