Disappointed - I purchased the room with 2 king beds and they bait-&-switched me with a room with one king and a couch bed. Big Disappointment!!!!

Comfortable hotel, well positioned with a lovely breakfast - would stay again and recommend for anyone wanting a hotel in Dublin, just five minutes walk from Temple Bar

Lotsa stairs. NO elevator!! No safe. Small room.

Pros: breakfast
Cons: lower price, 24-hour staffing on site.
Location: great location.
This is an overpriced but conveniently located hotel. The best part was the breakfast, but not commensurate for the room rate. Staff were professional, hard working, and friendly. But this is a stair-heavy hotel without an elevator. I was in one of their "best" rooms, having been upgraded free of charge. The room was very small, very small, but as an upgrade it had a tub, which was good as you need it for soaking in a hot bath after climbing four flights of stairs. It was a double that was big enough for one, not two, in my humble opinion. There is not 24-hour staffing, other than a mobile unit for emergencies. There is no room safe, so you have to count on the front desk to put valuables in a lock box, but you can only access it during regular opening hours (till 10 p.m. at night). Oh, and also the hotel is divided into two or three separate buildings. So getting to the front desk means crossing the street in the rain for some... Buyer be very very aware. This hotel has a non-refundable policy at ALL times. For people who want flexibility for unexpected events, be careful.

Great location with good breakfast. Walking distance to all the sights in Dublin. A lot of steps to walk up to our room, no lift.
