You can’t use washer and dryer despite it being pictured. It’s not a triple room, but rather a potential for three people. A couple and small child.

Property rented out by very nice couple. The husband made sure to save me a parking spot using his car which I appreciated. AC worked great, room was clean, & close to shops/restaurants. The owner made sure to brief me on the area & gave me a map with notes. Would definitely stay again.

Guest house with nice facilities, owner was not very forthcoming with information on the area etc. He seemed friendlier towards other guests than to the two of us. The hotel was comfortable enough and there was a local shop at the end of the road which was very useful and a good stretch of restaurants and beach close by.

Perfect for travelling friends!
Our room was perfect for three travelling friends having a couple of days in Dubrovnik. Whilst slightly further way from the old town than some may like, the location was great. A lovely pebble beach nearby offered a great relaxation spot and there were enough supermarkets/food places that we didn't feel obliged to go to the old town all day.

Horrible customer service
I'm not usually one to complain but the hotel management offers terrible customer service and people should avoid this place. They are extremely and unnecessarily inflexible and don't care about things that costs guests money unnecessarily. I've never had such poor customer service in my life.

Great location.
I stayed one night in Dubrovnik and needed a place where I can safely park my motorcycle and still get quickly to the old town. This place was perfect. Slavko, the host, was extremely friendly and gave me tons of information about places to see, transportation, food, etc... The bus stop is 100m away and the ride to the old town front gate is less than 15min. The strip and sunset beach are walking distance away. There's a kitchen and a nice terrace with a view of the port and mountains. For the price it was the best deal in Dubrovnik.

Cheap please not too far from the main attraction
Arriving to guest house Cuk was very hard as we couldn’t find the entrance. To get to it you gotta go up( or down) an alley and you see the name up on the side of the building. The room we stayed it was very comfy and the guy told as all about which buses to take where and where the cheap local eats are. The only thing a saw bad with the room was our first night we had little to no hot water in our room. By the time of our check-out the hot water seemed to be working so it could’ve just been bad luck for us. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel.

maybe if we had a different room it may have been better.Too much stored furniture in the room,feeling cluttered.The bathroom toilet was supposed to be private however it seemed like it was shared.The wifi was excellent when working,as it seemed to stop working after a while.Good supermarket and atm close by . ロケーションは最高です。
夫婦経営で、旦那さんは面倒みがよく、とても親切でした。奥様の方がぶっきらぼうで、対応が悪く、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かって欲しいとお願いすると、すごい勢いでNo！！！と断らぐちぐちと文句を言われました。ビーチ沿いで眺めもロケーションも最高でしたが、逆に近くに荷物を預けれる場所がなく、坂道、階段が多い通りで、大きなスーツケースを持っていたので、かなり苦労しました。最初は、奥様の態度悪いな〜くらいでしたが、最後の最後にトドメを刺され残念でした。

L'hôte et sa compagne ont été très avenant tout le long de notre séjour avec toujours un mot gentil. Nous avons eu un pot de départ, appartements situés loin du centre mais très facilement joignable par bus. L'esperienza complessivamente è stata sufficiente, anche se l'appartamento doveva essere con vista mare e non lo è stato. Almeno dalle Ns. aperture non si vedeva. La pulizia lasciava un po' desiderare anche perchè ho trovato (ma non l'ho detto alla mia famiglia per non avere problemi visto che la scelta della location è stata la mia) un po di "animaletti" in cucina. La stessa pulizia non è mai stata fatta nell'arco della settimana di permanenza, intervallata solo da un cambio di lenzuola e di asciugamani consegnate a mano a metà del soggiorno. L'accoglienza non è stata impeccabile, forse per incomprensioni con la lingua, ma nel corso dei giorni è migliorata. L'appartamento si trova sulla strada (forse prima era un negozio) e pertanto non adatto a chi si addormenta difficilmente a causa dei rumori della auto anche di primissima mattina. La posizione è abbastanza comoda ed è bella per il Porto (di fronte, a piedi circa 30-35 minuti) e per il mare a due passi raggiungibile con una scaletta con gradini fuori misura rispetto a quelli italiani perchè molto alti . Ideale per chi ama lunghe passeggiate.

Guest House Cuk está localizado em um belíssimo bairro de Dubrovnik. As casas são lindas e floridas. Bem perto é possível encontrar um mercado onde comprei alguns comes e bebes para colocar no frigobar do quarto. Adorei o fato de ter um frigobar no quarto. Ao descer algumas poucas escadas existe um caminho muito belo onde é possível conhecer praias bem interessantes, tais como: Copacabana (final do caminho), Praia do Cachorro e uma praia com um parquinho para crianças. Fiquei encantada com o belo passeio. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, o ar condicionado não gelou, mas foi complementado por um ventilador, então, a temperatura ficou agradável para dormir. O banho do dia que cheguei foi quente e maravilhoso e o banho do dia seguinte de manhã também, porém no período da noite após uma bela trilha tive vontade de tomar aquele banho gostoso de novo, mas a água estava gelada em demasia e não consegui ficar debaixo do chuveiro. No dia seguinte de manhã bem cedo a água permanecia bem gelada. Uma pena.

Väldigt litet rum, fick knappt plats med våra två resväskor på golvet samtidigt. Trevlig terrass och gemensamt kök var bra! Hjälpsam ägare till villan. Vårt rum låg dock i deras hall så det kändes lite konstigt att gå in i deras hem för att komma till vårt rum. Väldigt lyhört också. Men bra pris och okej för att sova bara en natt.
