Family-friendly villa in Konavle with outdoor pool

Villa Antonija is completely renovated 200 sqm villa, situated on a 4000 sqm plot in the village of Močići (region of Konavle), just 20 min drive from the historical centre of Dubrovnik. Villa consists of four double bedrooms, five bathrooms with shower, 35sqm living room, kitchen and dining room. Each room has satellite TV and air condition. In front of the villa there is a big terrace, 40 sqm private swimming pool, BBQ and garden with olive trees. Property is fenced so you have full privacy. Pool and garden face south and thus provide sun all day long. The charming town of Cavtat is only a few minutes drive and offers shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, watersports and various activities. Direct boat to the old town of Dubrovnik and island of Lokrum runs from Cavtat each 30-60 min. Travel agencies offering various excursions, rent-a-bike, rent-a-car, rent-a-scooter are also to be found in Cavtat. Region of Konavle, as well is full of possibilities to enjoy nature, either walking, horse riding, ATV safari, cycling, trekking or running.

Don’t hesitate to book this villa!

We can’t praise Nino and Raphaella enough for a fantastic holiday. They couldn’t do enough to ensure we were well catered for during our stay in fabulous Croatia. From the arrival buffet and home-made piquets, to the boat trips, trip to Luka beach, daily provision of vegetables and fruit, local knowledge ...even the provision of a basketball for our teenage sons! A beautiful part of the world, filled with absolutely beautiful people. Nino speaks perfect English and is an absolute gentleman. The airport is literally 2 minutes away by car but the air traffic is not an issue at all. We didn’t rent a car but used uber taxis which were very efficient and reasonably priced. Take a ferry ride to Dubrovnik - beautiful. Do not hesitate to book this villa. Thank you again Nino and Raphaella - we feel privileged to have met you and hope to see you again one day soon.

Great family holiday at Villa Antonija

We were met by Nino at the airport and escorted to his beautiful villa,we certainly weren't disappointed plenty of space inside and out,lovely veranda area with various seating options.On our arrival we received a delicous buffet of meats,cheese and wine,much appreciated after our early flight.During the week Nino came by with fruit and veg from his garden.This was a special birthday holiday and his wife Raphaella made a birthday cake which was a complete surprise and enjoyed by us all. There is a well stocked supermarket and restaurant nearby.Catvat is a 10 min drive away with lovely seafood,watersports and boat trips. We hope to return soon for another holiday in Croiata and to this villa. Nino and Raphaella are suberb hosts and certainly made it a holiday to remember. S Stewart visited Sept 2019

Fantastic Welcome

The welcome we received from Nino and his family was fantastic, we were greeted with homemade food and drinks which was so kind of them.The villa was explained to us and was as good as expected everyone could want was supplied and the outside space was large with several seating areas which suited our needs for both sun and shade. The villa is within minutes of the airport but at no time did the noise from planes affect us.The fact that you could walk to a supermarket and a restaurant was a bonus . We would love to return and enjoy this lovely villa and the great hospitality of Nino and his family.

A beautiful oasis, perfect for larger families, who want all the home comforts and luxurious extras.

Wow- what a beautiful villa and an amazing holiday. We are privileged to have been able to spend ten wonderful days in such a wonderful destination, with all the home comforts and luxurious extras. Nino and his family made us feel so welcome and were extremely helpful, even before we landed in Croatia. He kindly offered to collect us from the airport (a three minute car journey), which was very kind of him. Once we arrived at the villa, we were greeted by Nino’s lovely wife, Raphaella and their son, Joseph. They are all so warm and friendly. Raphaella had prepared an amazing buffet for us-lots of homemade treats and delicious delicacies. The food looked and tasted divine. It was a very kind gesture and much appreciated after an early flight. The exterior of the villa and beautiful gardens are stunning. It is such a vast area and plenty of places to sit, relax and entertain. The pool is larger than we expected and was always clean. Our children enjoyed looking for the three tortoises, who also enjoy exploring the lush gardens. The villa is huge, completely private and not overlooked. It very well equipped -everything was immaculate and high quality. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We were a family of 8 (four adults and four children). We had plenty of space and didn’t even use two of the rooms. The village of Mocici is fairly quiet but has a well-stocked supermarket and lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. Cavtat is less than 10 minutes by car. We went there numerous times and discovered lots of lovely restaurants with delicious food. Every meal was delicious! We were at a family wedding in Dubrovnik during our stay and all of the family loved Croatia. It is a beautiful country and the people are wonderful too. Nino and his family are fantastic ambassadors for their country and they made our holiday extra special. They went the extra mile many times and we are extremely grateful for everything they did for us. I would highly recommend this villa- you will not be disappointed. We hope to return some time in the future.

Outstanding family holiday

From the moment we arrived we were looked after. Nino met us at the airport and escorted us back to the villa, where we were greeted by a beautiful home made spread. The villa was beautiful and just like the photos.Later in the week the rest of our family arrived and when we arrived back at the villa there was a fantastic spread of food provided for them. Nino took us on his boat and showed us the wonderful coastline where we swam and saw dolphins. he arranged for us to be taken to Dubrovnik by taxi and shown the beautiful views along the way. We were collected and brought back to the villa. Nono took us to the view point in the hills where we watched the sun set amazing. Daily we were brought fresh tomatoes,figs,onions and strawberries from his garden. We loved to relax by the pool and watch his tortoises.At the end of the holiday we were given home made zucchini snacks to bring home. The most wonderful holiday
