Nice and clean hotel. A nice 20 minute walk from the old town and a nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. I was just disappointed by the lack of regard for gold status and the fact the spa facilities were shut. I did not know this before booking.

Hotel Lero is a 4 star property close to Dubrovnik City Centre. The hotel is very contemporary. The check-in experience was warm and welcoming. Our Superior Double Room was very clean and in excellent condition. It was also very quiet and there wasn't much noise anywhere around us. It was our special occasion and the team recognised it and put small gestures in the room which was very lovely. The breakfast the next morning was good. Staff were friendly and I particularly liked the sausages. Only criticism was that the coffee didn't taste very nice. The checkout was excellent too. Reception staff were friendly and they checked if we had enjoyed our stay and received the extra amenities they put in our room. The hotel was busy and the car park was full so we had to park on the street. It was free between 10pm and 6am. We paid the fee on the website suggested on the sign. It was 70c an hour, which wasn't bad. All in all, we enjoyed the short visit at this hotel. And I would happily recommend it to anyone visits Dubrovnik and seeks a nice and quiet hotel to stay in.

The property was in an excellent location just across the road from the bus stop into the old town. The check in was quick and efficientand the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was ample choice and the food was hot and beautifully cooked.. The pool had lots of sunbeds and it was nice to relax there after sightseeing. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Dubrovnik.

I was in Croatia for 11 days, including 7 in Dubrovnik. I stayed at the Hotel Lero for the last leg of my trip before flying home. My only regret was not being able to extend my stay at Hotel Lero. The staff at check-in was great. The espresso martini at the Piano Bar was excellent. The room was very nice. With my VIP Access I also received a complimentary bottle of wine and water. Excellent stay! I only hope I have the opportunity to return at some point down the road. Cheers Hotel Lero!

Given that Dubrovnik in August has reached “peak tourist” if not beyond, the pricing of the Lero was reasonable. In the heat, we found it was always an Uber ride to the city walls. Still quite close. Good and beverage was good. Staff were helpful.

Great hotel in good location
If you are looking for a nice hotel with a pool with east access to old town (bus stop right next to hotel or a 20 minute walk with great views) this is the hotel for you. Concierge was excellent and helped find out ferry times and best way to visit Lipud. Issue with bathroom in first room but was moved quickly and efficiently to a new room. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from the start. The staff greeted us warmly and took care of our luggage since we came early and our room was not ready yet. The tourist tax was fully explained and added to our room bill and we paid it at the end of our stay. They also told us that a VIP bottle of wine was waiting for us in the room. The room was spotless and spacious, with a small balcony that had two chairs. It would have been perfect for two people, but we were three adults in the room. The pool was clean and well-kept, and we could order drinks there. The breakfast was the same every day, but it was tasty and satisfying. The checkout was quick and easy. The concierge service was excellent, helping us with buying the Dubrovnik pass and booking a car for the airport. This hotel has superb staff and superb facilities. The only thing I would change is the variety of breakfast options.
