"Loved the ocean front condo. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom, but we'll keep that in mind for the future. We're very likely to come back again. Everything was clean. Having (free) laundry just downstairs was a big help. We packed enough, but a minor accident meant we needed to clean some clothes. Convenient spot for parasailing, horse tour, and not too bad of a drive to go see Fort Raleigh. Great restaurants nearby, and shopping too. Looking forward to coming back in the future. "

"Absolutely loved staying here! I would recommend it highly. The location is wonderful and it really feels like you're at home. The condo is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the host is just a message away (and prompt to respond). We were set to leave and I just wasn't ready, so I messaged them, and it just so happened no one was booked for the next day and they let me extend! The washer & dryer are very nice and clean, they are coin-op so remember to bring a roll of quarters if you're planning to use. I would not doubt the next time we head down to OBX that I will look this place up again! "

"We had a great time! The building was pretty cool. The area of the property is private and was not busy at all for us(September). So the building, pool and Parking did not have random people passing through/walking around, it was only people saying in the other rooms. The parking spot was marked for this room, nicely located at the end of the row, closest to building and visible from the entry door. Everything in the room was very nice, no complaints! No animal or smoke smell, no weird smells at all! 2 awesome showers. We had meals, so the oven, dishes and table were perfect. The bed was sooo comfy! The balcony view is beautiful. Close, super easy access to the beach, even with kids. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys in the storage room below. Easy check in/check out. Just read the info so there are no surprises, everything you need to know is listed. Excellent stay at an excellent place!! Thank you!"

"The location to beach and town can't be beat! For our family, the layout of home was perfect for sleeping levels, especially with a 1 & 3 year old. We did have an issue with dryer not working but the management was quick to respond and provided us a temporary fix. We definitely hope to go back next year."
