They cleaned the room. Didn’t make the bed. Difficult to manage room temperature. Remodeled but left the old dirty bathroom. Wasn’t worth the money. The breakfast was adequate.

Very clean. Early check in. Very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds. The elevator was oddly all the way at the end of the 2nd floor hallway, and we were at the opposite end. Long walk for senior citizens.

TV issues - had to move rooms so TV would work Housekeeping service didn't clean room on third day Shower water was not hot, barely warm on two days We have stayed in Holiday Inn Express facilities many times but were a little disappointed with some things in this one.

I was worried about the hotel being dirty and outdated. But it was super clean and updated. The outside seating area was so nice to relax and hang out with family and friends

Decent and fully renovated but a little pricey
Hotel was not cheap due to the fact of being there for high season. It is fully renovated and very clean.Breakfast was good. Friendly staff and walking distance to public beach.the inky issue was the noise at night in the piping system in the ceiling at keast 2 nights out of 4 nights stay.

This hotel was within a short walk to the beach, however the back property had trash you had to step over on the edge of the property. Would just take a little cleanup to capture things blowing out of garbage bins. Overall the hotel was nice but our shower floor was not clean, needs a little scrubbing. The breakfast was great and had something for everyone. Convenient location to go either way on the island!

The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was due to pool bugs and the sink being separate from the bathroom. Easily could be 5 stars. Overall enjoyed our stay and would come back.
