Great hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf.

Would recommend this hotel in so many ways. Value for money, tasteful, extremely friendly and amenable staff also a great location. Book with confidence you won't be disappointed

Lovely modern hotel - needs refinement

Pros: Quite stylish on first impression, but lacking in practicality and attention to detail in the rooms.
Cons: Doors for bathroom and toilet - need 2. Hooks in bathroom. Mirror and dressing table for make-up/ hair styling. Locate kettle near socket. Air con
Location: Good location, lots of bars restaurants nearby and close to river and tram services
Hotel check in and check out was efficient but could have been more welcoming. The bar staff particularly on day 2 of our stay were poor and a 4 star hotel needs to excel on their service delivery. We went to sit on the terrace outside, the cushions had not been put out on the outside furniture and no-one came out to serve us. We had to go in to order and go in to pay and even when paying the bill they were totally indifferent. As they were the people who had served us the day before, they should at least have greeted us with a smile of recognition. Not good enough for such a luxury style hotel and a below average and disappointing gin and tonic cost an arm and a leg! If you are charging approx €14 they need to taste of gin and look spectacular- you don't even get lime. As a consequence we were late arriving for our restaurant booking.

OK, if you like rude staff

Pros: The two chaps in the bar and a certain young lady at breakfast in the morning, these staff wont be too hard to notice as the rest are so rude.......
Cons: Get rid of the staff that don,t want to work or be there and understand that are in a customer environment.
Location: 20mins walk to town, 5mins to the TV Tower, not far to train station for other all routes
We stayed here as recommended by a taxi driver on a previous visit. Normally stay at the other Radisson Blu, only advice I would give don't listen to the taxi drivers. Yes this is a wide statement to make, but due to the fact his advice ruined our stay, I think I'm able to say this..... Reception very polite on check in & check out apart from that very rude. we had 3 massive cracks in the window, as we were on the 5th floor I did have a little concern & let the hotel know as we didn't want to be held responsible for it. Not interested virtually shood us away. Dining Room, asked for some bacon and had a response of 'yeah 2mins' , second morning asked for the pancakes to be topped up, replied with a huff and sigh. Third morning hotel keeping up its terrible servoce, coffee machine not in service and half trying to deal with it, virtually no food hot or cold, I honestly thought I had the time wrong and they were closing. I went to the toilets and on my past asked reception what time breakfast finish to be be told 11am, it was now 9.30, she was there a problem and I said yes..... 'some food selection would be nice'. By the time I returned to my table with my partner, the looks from a certian member of staff were very unnerving, made to feel very uncomfortable. The chap/chef that came out from the kitchen seemed to forget he was walking out onto an audience of customer tasting his delights.

Very comfortable hotel

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and friendly. Its located 15/20 minutes walk from the centre of Dussledorf (a very nice walk along the Rhine). Public transport by Tram is pretty good but you need to study the network, taxi's are probably more sensible. The room was excellent and my only negatives were the service at reception can be dragged out a bit and the bar prices were very steep.

Considering what you pay... very Nice hotel

Pros: Helpful front desk and great location
Cons: The service at the bar, it is way slow.... and you can not complain.They are quite rude. I think the bar is not important for the hotel!!!
Location: one of the best restaurants in town is just couple of steps from the hotel.
The front desk staff is very helpful, take away phone charger service for the guests well thought. The breakfast is really good with many options.

Nice hotel but not sure about the room layout

Nice hotel but the bathroom layout is shocking. Why would you put a semi clear glass patrician between the bedroom and the shower area??
