"Absolute trash location. Not well kept, staff doesn’t clean room at all "

"The room was clean. The staff has been great. Breakfast was unavailable because they serve at 6am. We start work at 6am. Air conditioning was good but unit had mildew in it."

"When checking in, I requested a room away from the elevator but was given a room one door from the elevator. When I asked to change it, she told me that the room would cost more for the same type room. I argued with her so there was no additional charge. The ac/heating unit wasn’t working in the new room. The breakfast had fewer breakfast items than usual."

"Bed bugs, refused to give refund or to cancel multiday reservation. Had to book another hotel and pay double. Expedia was no help either."
