"The perfect location for all of your Isle of Skye exploration. Nice staff and good clean rooms. My husband and I found the room nice with a beautiful first floor view of the grounds but a little cramped and maybe needing a little refresh. We were told it was an upgrade due to the view, however the room was next to the housekeeping closet which meant it was quite loud early in the morning. The breakfast each morning was lovely. "Website doesn’t prepare you for the 5-10 minute walk uphill on a gravel path every time you go to and from your room from your car or hotel center. Won’t give golf cart rides (Staff uses them) for safety reasons. WiFi is available about 50% of the time. No phone in room so you hike down and back up hill to ask for help with it. No fridge in room. Some staff are great and some are rude."
