Loved my stay

The front desk was so nice and they don't bombard you at checkout, which is a plus because sometimes I'm not sure if I would like to extend another night or checkout but their really nice about it and don't rush you. They are really helpful too

Awful. So awful.

The entire hotel smelled musky. The front desk was never there. I waited 5 mins until he came to check me in. He had headphones on every time i saw him. Zero customer service skills. My fridge smelled like a dead animal. I will never stay at this chain again.

clean and calm hotel

Pros: THE QUIETNESS
Cons: the breakfast was very poor, at leasr they have to add some milk with cereals
Location: i don't know, I am so sorry
i DIDN'T HAVE A TIME TO SEE MORE ABOUT THIS HOTEL, i SPEND ALL THE DAY TIME IN MY COURSE AND THE NIGHT TIME IN THE BED

Pros: The coffee in the lobby was pretty good. The people who work here are top-notch people. It's not their fault. Investment needed beyond signage.
Cons: Room cleanliness, update kitchen. Provide something, anything in the way of eating utensils, in-room coffee, a glass, or even a napkin.
I decided to stay here because I also booked a flight and Expedia gave a discount. This was attractively priced. However it was pretty disappointing. The location was OK, easy access to highways (back roads are still key in this area). I would stay here again if every other hotel in the area was unavailable and I had no friends with couches and no car to sleep in.

It was a good stay. The breakfast service is very basic coffee, granola bars, crackers. Other than that good stay.

Room and hall smelled like smoke, only one wash cloth in room. Kitchen sink leaked water. Floor was also wet behind sink next to table. Windows were left open when we checked in. However if the price is right I will still stay again at extended stay

Why you charge me $ 104 dollars? when I went to the hotel in Herndon they don't have rooms available. please return my money back to my credit card.

Not what I was expecting

There was a police arrest underway in the hotel parking lot the night I arrived--an unsettling beginning. The bathroom counter had not been cleaned since the previous guest. Despite the duration of an 8 night stay, there was not a single instance of chamber maid service. To get clean bed/bath linens, guests have to take the used linens to the front desk for replacement. I only saw a clerk at the desk twice in 8 days. The "continental breakfast" was a basket of energy bars, a basket of pathetic prepackaged muffins and dishwater-like coffee. One morning even that was not on offer. Though the room was non-smoking, cigarette smoke came into the room via the ventilation system. A very poor value overall.
