Just so-so

Relatively close to airport. Room is dated and is very dark. One night is okay but won't stay here again.

Did not feel safe. People smoking and drinking in stairwells.

Uncomfortable stay

One of my least favorite hotel experiences. I arrived into the hotel late at 245 am, and was told to use the phone outside the lobby. After the gentleman answered, and I said I was there for check in, he grumbled and didn't say anything. Next thing I know, he comes and opens the door. Wasn't friendly while trying to figure out where my room was. This place has theee separate buildings. I was walking around aimlessly trying to find my room. After entering the room, the non-smoking room smelt like smoke. The room had a dirty feeling to it. The A/C was inconsistent and worked at times, but wouldn't hold a temperature and reset the temp by itself. A ton of birds chirping surrounding the hotel. Everything about the place was just very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend despite price.

Extended Stay is not too bad overall

NO amenities offered like other hotels give complimentary razors,dental hygiene items,and different pillows or extra ones available to make up for the flat or deflating ones they had,free breakfast was very minimal like granola bars and muffins with coffee only,A/C was very noisy in my room but front desk offered another room and I just turned it lower for no noise , but it seems like they are in progress of improving the hotel as renovations were evident and ongoing with staff being polite and expressing to guests that changes were coming from management and guest services was top priority,so due to staff and cleanliness I would stay there again and recommend it to others for the price and location

Terrible

The front desk attendant seemed to not fully know what he was doing. The door card key system was down. The room was hot and air conditioner didn't function properly. The room smelled of dogs and old cigarettes. The hotel uses Dulles airport as a selling point but has no airport shuttle.
