Nice staff, the halls & elevators smelled and the room wasn't that clean. The King Size bed was coming apart in the middle and made a lot of noise.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE

They shouldn't use the airport name "Dulles South" in their listing if they don't have a shuttle or access to one.

Everything was as I expected. Good location and shopping centers very close by.

Okay hotel for the price.

Pros: Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Security on the premises and door locked at night.
Location: Good location. Front desk attendant informed us of an event going on in the area.
The hotel was okay for the price. However, we were told the third floor was half smoking and half nonsmoking. The entire third floor smelled like smoke. We had to move to the second floor. I did not like the fact that there was no security on site, and the front door remained unlocked at nighttime. Also, the front desk was unmanned quite often. On the other hand, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, even the gentleman who did not speak fluent English. The hotel was clean.

The WIFI had some issues but overall the place was really clean and the staff was not nosy.

Disgusting!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff was rude, room was filthy. Very disappointing!
