Nice but difficult to find, nice staff both front desk and maintenance ( our door lock battery died, fixed within 10 min) my only complaint is the parking, either they have a lot of commuter parking long term there close to the front door or people just did not leave during the day.

Don’t let the lobby pictures deceive you.

Only place that has been renovated is the Lobby. Room 246 had a smoke and high allergy contents in carpet that I was unable to breathe. The thermostat isn’t even digital and took a bit to make the room comfortable. I requested extra towels and they never arrived. I requested a microwave to sanitize baby bottles and none could be provided. I was too tired to call and complain or request another room. Luckily me and family were only here one night and transferred to home 2 suites. Never Again!

Full of Bed Bugs!

Cons: The cleanliness of their rooms, and their concern for their customers.
Worst hotel experience of my life. On the first night of my two night stay, my legs were completely eaten up by bed bugs (at least 35-45 bites on my legs). The marks of the bug bites which were very itchy became apparent after the my first night staying with them. I spoke to the director of rooms about this and all she did was switch my room to one where the carpet seemed to have not been vacuumed in months because it was filthy and full of hair balls. The customer service at this hotel and that of the Hilton corporate office is horrible.Please save yourself from a awful and painful experience.

No one clean my room

Nobody clean my room and I use the same sheet to sleep I was very disappointed. I travel a lot and never had this kind of experience.

Excellent hotel

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The only matter that needed attention was thr cleanlines of the pool.
