Great stay for trips out of Dulles

Nice friendly hotel with good position for trips into and out of Dulles. Prompt pickup at airport. Room waiting after long flight from Sri Lanka.

Nice hotel

My family stayed in the Spring Hill for two days, it is a very good location for the air and space museum and big shopping center. They have shuttle buses to go airport, it is only 7 minutes!

Could have been much better.

Pros: Marriott points, i assume. refrigerator in the room
Cons: new TV's and remotes. Fix the elevator. Give elite members the option of express check out and check in for that matter.
First only one elevator was working. this meant that "everyone" had to wait much longer than necessary for the elevator. Desk staff did not get my name right and did not know about my elite status. TV was in a terrible place and the remote was practically worthless. On a couple of occasions the TV would count down and turn off by itself. Instead of sliding the receipt under my door, i had to go down to the front desk to check out. I doubt that I will stay here again

Very pleasant hotel close to Dulles.

Very convenient and pleasant hotel near Dulles. This is essentially a business type stay but the staff are terrific and welcoming. Value stay.

Receptionists were very courteous. Lauren was the one who checked us in. Very pleasant and helpful.

Relaxing weekend

Loved the outdoor basketball court and mini golf! Also enjoyed the patio area and the grill. Grill condition was a bit dirty and we had to give it a good scrubbing before we started. In town for a softball tournament and the hotel was close to Wegmans and other shopping options. Breakfast was very good and a plus in the morning. Especially appreciate it being open early as we had to be out early for games and could at least grab something before going to the field. The pool and hot tub area was also awesome as well! Enjoyed having lots of windows around to add natural light to the pool area.

Good hotel but out of the way

Solid hotel, clean, friendly staff, but out of the way. The advertised "room service" requires a call to the pub a few miles away. Food was ok and arrived on time but was accompanied by a delivery charge and a 19% service charge making it an expensive quick meal. Other hotels in the area had shuttle service to several surrounding locations (including the airport and air & space muesum) but this hotel had shuttle service to the airport only. So in the end it was more expensive for us to stay here than at other hotels in the area. Free Breakfast was average.

Very Comfortable and Clean

Enjoyed the stay. It was a business trip and the hotel was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Stay was good...
