Check in was easy. The lady at the front desk was newer but she was very nice and helpful when we told her there were a few minor things broken in our room (half broken shower curtain rod, tv was saying “no service”. Besides that, it seemed clean and it was a pretty quiet stay. Breakfast had decent options (I do wish they had more options like fruits or almond milk) and was the breakfast area was open for a good amount of time! Loved swimming in the pool & hot tub!

Whirlpool was amazing even though it was confusing to turn on with the dials being broken. Everything was clean and comfortable. 30 minutes before checkout time room service attempted to barge in but luckily I had the door locked.

Needs a lot of help. Used to be a nice place a place and is average at best. Needs a lot of help, not unsafe or gross but definitely no longer my preferred place to stay.

Our stay was fine. The rooms could've been somewhat cleaner (dirty hand towel, bugs in the windowsill, and ripped curtains) and there was an odd smell when you first walk into the lobby.

Smack next to a semi truck stop for fuel. Also right next to train tracks. Both loud until around 10, 11 then nothing. Pool not working but hottub was. Terrific price! And brkfst! Very clean and friendly.

Dirty unorganized lobby, Front desk front lady was upset I booked through Expedia and realy let me know about it. All while checking me in with a baby on her hip.Planned to stay here for the convenience to Spirit Mountain. Family skiing for the weekend, and was looking forward to the hot tub. She failed to mention that the hot tub and pool are down and nonfunctional. And a boys hockey tournament was in town (nothing against the hockey boys but it was pretty loud) we ended up just staying somewhere else (with a hot tub)

Run down hotel

Bentlyville stay.
Came up for Bentleyville and really appreciated the shuttle. Kids always enjoy the continental breakfast to pick their own items. Perfect for the budget family outing.

When we checked in the attendant ran my debit card and and the room she was trying to check us into said it wasn’t available so she had to run my debit again. So now my debit card is holding money for the first charge and I wasn’t able to use that money till it dropped off 3 days later. ☹️. I was very unhappy about this, this was a lot of $ to hold when it was their mistake.
