Great Winter Weekend
Room was clean, and warm when we arrived on a stormy night. We were late arrivals due to the weather and travel conditions. Our keys with a welcome packet we’re on the counter waiting for us. The employees were very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that the hours on the hotel restaurant/bar were a bit strange, and didn’t mesh with our schedule. I would definitely go back!

TV barely worked. Offered no solution, no discount, etc. Bar closed at 9, pool at 10. Not impressed at all. For the price of the room, a working TV was the least we could have gotten.

We really enjoyed our suite facing Lake Superior. Room was very clean and had a great view. However, for the price that we paid we would expect daily room service, but nobody cleaned the room and we had to go get new towels at the front desk each day. If room service is a thing of the past then it should be reflected in the price.
