Hot tub jets were not in place. So the water spilled out of the tub and made it very uncomfortable. We were given the wrong room, but they did give us a discount to make up for it. Karlie was perfect. Shes a good one.

Overall our stay 12/8 - 12/10/23 was pretty good. The toilet in our room was clogged when we got there, however easily fixed with a plunger, however the stafff did not offer to assist, only provided me with the plunger. Breakfast was decent and had a variety of choices daily. The pool was clean and the water was actually on the warmer side, which was nice. The bathroom in the pool area desperately needed cleaning and smelled horribly of urine. Overall a decent hotel and we would stay there again.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the room was large and clean. Great breakfast options.

Great place! Very clean and very nice rooms! The breakfast was mediocre at best and the parking was terrible! I feel that construction trucks should not be taking up parking spaces of paying customers at the hotel.

Room was very nice. But I wasn’t happy with the front desk staff when I forgot my expensive pillow in the room. I called twice when we got home and the lady said the manager would call me. By 7:30-8:00 there was no call back so I ended up having a friend go pick it up.

I am very impressed with the newness and cleanliness of our room. Despite being full on the night we checked in and also checking in late (after 10 pm), all went very smoothly. We only struggled to find parking and waited a short time for the night clerk to return to the desk. All very minor things. Thanks for a great experience!

Clean except for somebody’s hair on the bathroom floor. Behind the door. (I gurss they don’t sweep or mop back there.) Bed was incredibly comfortable. No switch to turn on lights in room. Lamp didn’t work. No light by coffee maker. We were sold on the “lake view”. Apparently a building has been erected next door since the promo was added. Our window looked out into the parking lot. LOL

7 Minutes from Canal Park - Excellent Value
Room was very clean and hotel appears to be quite new. Shower was immaculately cleaned each day. Breakfast offering was excellent with eggs (omelettes or scrambled), bacon, sausage, or turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh made pancakes, many varieties of other baked items - just a full offering of many choices for everyone. Pool and hot tub were all to myself all three days of my stay. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Located one block from Hwy 52 in Superior, just 7 minutes from the DECC at Canal Park. Accomodations are just as nice as the expensive Canal Park hotels for significantly less cost.

I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but it was luke warm and heavy chlorine smell. It was hard to breathe and made our eyes burn. Other than than that, it was nice.

Loved the auto shades that were blackout and actually blocked most of the light! First time I have seen such great blackout curtains at a hotel. Helps our little ones sleep in! Clean. Nice adorable place.

Holiday iInn Superior, WI
The bed was very comfortable for both of us which is a huge deal for our back especially when being in a car all day. Very happy with our room which was clean and modern. We will stay again.
