Excellent location for entertainment district and while not near the 'main' malls there are still some quaint shopping choices within walking distance. The hotel is older but solid and unique and the decor is quite nice. Loads of free parking. Pool is a nice size and temp. Rotating restaurant o the top floor is our favourite spot. Menu is limited but good food and good prices and family-friendly comfortable space where you can hang out long for an extended period with family and friends and enjoy music, board games etc. Staff is friendly and quick to help out if something needs to be fixed or tended too. Common areas could be a bit cleaner (ie elevators or hallway carpets) but room was clean and no complaints. We will be booking there again next time we are in Duluth with no hesitation.

There were many repairs needed in common areas, such as broken elevator buttons. There was mold growing on the ceiling of the shower.

This place needs a major overhaul. The carpet in the lobby was ripped & stained. Only one elevator was working. I had to clean off some gross stuff off the mirrors in our room. The restaurant had a VERY limited breakfast menu. We ended up going down the street to another hotel’s restaurant for breakfast. We will not stay here again.

The property was good, convenience of it was great. The rooms were small and bathroom was a little tight squeeze... only one elevator was in service when we were there and it was slow. Other then that, it was a clean and good place to stay.

Outdated and the hot tub is a little dirty-looking. The sauna is great. Overall the hotel needs an upgrade. The best feather is the Harbour 360 It's nice. The menu could be better.

I honestly expected a lot nicer more luxurious room for $ 280 but front desk staff were very nice and informative they made the experience a lot better really cool views from the upper floors definitely a must see

This hotel brings one back to the 1970s. The decor, carpet, and wallpaper looks dated. Our room was comfortable but the the corner of the wall by the window was literally deteriorating and paint chips were all over the carpet. We could go up in the elevator to the floors but on our floor there was a sign saying the elevators were out of order and we had to use the service elevator to go down. The rotating restaurant on site is also dated. I had spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were hard and did not look fresh. Some in our party had 1/4 pound smashburgers which were paper thin and way smaller than the bun with an average taste.

Decent Hotel, could be great with a few upgrades..
The hotel looks like it was built in the '80s, but the rooms have been updated since then. The bathroom was a little cramped on the double queen room, but the beds were comfortable. The pool has some kind of liner issue and the hot tub blasts you in the face from the jets, but some people kind of like that... The restaurant was great for dinner and very affordable. The breakfast left room for improvement. For the price I thought it was overall a pretty good deal.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was very busy due to youth hockey in the area, but the staff did very well and taking care of everything from check in to refilling items like coffee, Kleenex, etc. when needed.

Not a bad place to stay. The decor seems outdated and the cleanness of the room is a little bit on the dingy side. I also found it annoying that half of the TV stations had reception issues. The bed sheets were clean, but the beds were on the stiff side, overall I would give the place about a four-star rating
