VISIT FROM SANTA | During December, our guests get a visit from Santa. All we ask is a donation to purchase presents for kids in need. 7 Miles to Bentleyville, USA - the biggest Christmas light show in MN. 20% Ski Rentals and 25% Ski Lift Pass.

The Sunrise House is part of the Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. However, it is privately owned and managed by North Shore Vacation Rentals rather than the development, which gives you a more personal and overall better experience!

The best part is that our homes have no construction occurring next door, and the most beautiful, unobstructed views!

Ski Hut, Burnett Dairy, and Spirit Mountain Ski Resort are next door for convenient equipment rental needs and last-minute specialty cheese snacks. We offer 20% rentals and lift passes.

This Premier Sunrise house is at the heart of Duluth's outdoor access to adventure. Take advantage of a variety of activities available from this convenient and scenic location. With easy access to the riverfront trail, Munger paved trail, Superior Hiking Trail, and Duluth Traverse mountain biking trails, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
