The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The hallways could do with a bit of updating, especially considering it is the South and humidity levels run high. Our room had vinyl flooring, which was great in regards to being better for my allergies. The hotel is convenient to pretty much everything with multiple dining options available in less than 5 miles. We would definitely stay here again.

Website states there is breakfast, foul smelling dining room and limited breakfast. Served just scrambled egg, make your own waffle and various cereal. Website states outdoor pool, was about the size of an over grown kitty pool. We understand it is a little noisy because of april school vacation. Other residents were kind and easy to get along with. Hotel room while seemingly clean, smelled very much like some sort of cigarette smoke. Chips in hotel room floor, walls, etc. Plenty of parking for everyones convenience. Air conditioner worked great. Comes with large mini refrigerator, a couch.

The staff were nice and helpful. The facilities were clean and the available washer/dryer was made life easier. The room wasn’t in the greatest condition though such as the bathroom having only one of four lights lit above the sink and having a very low-water toilet that often didn’t flush the toilet paper down on the first try.

This property definitely is poor managed. Carpets were dirty, showers were not clean and the smelling to wee was horrible on the halls. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT to stay there.

Owners and their family take care of this place well; No issues with anything, huge rooms, a really good deal. It’s one of the hidden gems in Duluth for a great value without having to sacrifice your life, health or hygiene. Really good experience and such a great deal.

Property was okay. Less than what I expected for a Clarion property. Bed slept good. Toilet seat was loose, toilet paper holder was loose in wall and hanging out, not much water pressure in shower at 6a.m., dusty buildup under bed, frig didnt get cold, furniture was very worn, but bed slept well. Didnt do breakfast...no comment there.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Only thing I didn’t receive my deposit back in a timely manner.
