You get what you pay for!

This hotel is not the best. There short on staff. I told the front desk my tub was clogging, they wanted me to come downstairs to get a plunger to fix it MYSELF!! I told them I had dirty wet towels in room, they also told ME ( a person that doesn't work there) to bring them downstairs as well. Under staff, employees need a lesson on customer service, and their job description.

No coffee maker at the room, no housekeeping, the continental breathfast was granola bar and coffee, one soap & one shampoo for 3 days we stay there.

Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. Please know, our housekeeping is done on a weekly basis to respect the privacy of our guests and offer minimal intrusion. Kitchenware for your suite is available and kept at the front desk to ensure cleanliness. And fresh linens and towels along with any toiletries are always available at the front desk. Clean and Comfortable

It's not anything super fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and super close to everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff were super nice and I have no complaints. We didn't make use of the kitchenette or sitting area but it did have those amenities and we will keep that in mind for next time. We would definitely stay here again.

Not Happy

They need to start cleaning there room on daily bassis. I had to drop dirty towels in front desk and then pick up fresh towels and drop them back into my room Usually the hotels offer Continental breakfast Which i assume while booking this hotel Bad tastings coffee and a muffin is not considered Continental breakfast The city should require them to do a full pest control to the entire hotel

Disappointed

Horrible stay. It's like an unsupervised dorm room loud people smoking anything and everything and breakfast was not a continental breakfast

I wouldn't call coffee and snack bar as "breakfast included". This is probably the only hotel with no room service. To exchange towels, you have to go to front desk. Terrible experience. Will never stay there again!

Affordable

I loved the room and price. Staff was ok. I have never been to a hotel that does not provide towels nor soap. That's ridiculous. At least they should let you know that when you check in or even before booking. You travel far away, you should at least be able to take a shower
